Process

How it works

01
Survey + design chat
We come round, measure up, ask about your wishlist (bath or shower? wet room? heated floor?) and your budget. About an hour. No charge, no obligation.
02
Quote within 48 hours
Itemised quote covering rip-out, plumbing, electrics, tiling, fixtures (if we supply), labour, and waste removal. Three options at different price points where helpful.
03
Schedule the work
We book in dates that work for you and confirm material lead times. Most bathrooms take 3-5 working days from rip-out to ready.
04
Day 1: Rip-out
Old suite, tiles, and pipework removed. We dust-sheet the route in and out, protect carpets, and dispose of waste responsibly.
05
Day 2-3: First fix
New plumbing pipework, electrical first fix, plasterboard or backerboard prep. The room starts to take shape.
06
Day 3-4: Tiling
Floor and walls tiled, grouted, and sealed. This is usually the longest single task.
07
Day 4-5: Second fix
Suite installed, taps and shower fitted, electrics finished, mirror, towel rail, accessories. Final test and silicone.
08
Snag list + handover
We walk through with you. Anything not right gets fixed. We don't consider the job done until you're happy.
FAQs

Common questions

FAQ-01

How much does a typical bathroom cost?

A standard family bathroom (bath, shower, toilet, basin, tiling) is usually £6,000-£12,000 fitted depending on fixtures. Luxury wet rooms with high-end fixtures can be £15,000+. Quote is fixed after the survey.

FAQ-02

Do I have to buy fixtures through you?

No. You can buy your own (Wickes, Victoria Plum, B&Q, John Lewis) and we just fit. Or we supply at trade prices and pass on a small markup. Many customers prefer the latter — saves the legwork.

FAQ-03

Can we use the bathroom during the work?

Not really. For 3-5 days the bathroom is unusable. If it's your only bathroom, we'll suggest staggering the work where possible — though it adds days.

FAQ-04

What about damp or rotten floor?

We check during the survey. If we find issues at rip-out (you can't always tell from outside), we stop, show you, and re-quote that part fairly. We don't tile over rot.

FAQ-05

Do you guarantee the work?

Yes — 12 months on workmanship. Tiles, fixtures, and silicone all covered. Fixtures themselves carry their manufacturer warranty (typically 5-10 years on quality brands).
