A new boiler is one of the biggest purchases you'll make for your home. We install Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Ideal, Baxi, Glow-worm, and Viessmann — the brands we'd put in our own homes.
We're Worcester Bosch Accredited Installers and Vaillant Advance, which means we can offer extended warranties up to 12 years on selected models. Other installers can fit the same boilers but can't offer the same warranty length.
Every install starts with a free home survey. We measure your radiators, check water pressure, inspect the gas supply, and look at flue routes. Then we give you a written fixed-price quote covering supply, install, and disposal of the old boiler. No hidden extras.
How it works
Common questions
How much will it actually cost?
A standard combi boiler swap (same location, no major changes) is typically £1,850-£2,500 supplied and fitted. A full system change with a new flue and pipework can run £3,000-£4,500. We'll quote a fixed price after the survey — no estimates that creep up.
How long does the install take?
Like-for-like swap: 6-8 hours. Conversion (e.g. system to combi): 1-2 days. We'll always confirm the exact timeline at quote stage.
Can I keep my existing radiators?
Almost always yes. We'll check them during the survey. We may recommend a power flush to clear out years of sludge — extends the life of the new boiler significantly.
Do I need to be home all day?
We need access at the start and end (to demonstrate controls). You can leave for the middle if you trust us with a key. Many of our customers do.
What about smart heating?
We can fit Hive, Nest, Tado, or the boiler manufacturer's own smart thermostat as part of the install. Usually adds £150-£250 to the price. Worth it for the energy savings alone.
